On an islet, southeast of the main island of Bora Bora, pearl of the Pacific, Motu Toopua sits on the pristine lagoon as if time has stopped running on. This new jewel is an invitation to dream. Under the azure sky, 102 luxury villas afford views of the blue lagoon, horizon beyond and one of the most fabulous sunset in the world. A beautiful white sand beach over 600 meters long, the largest in Bora Bora, embraces the resort and gives you the opportunity to fully enjoy the sun of the Pacific. Large terraces provide a shadowed place for room service and sunny space with 2 long chairs. Three glass walls allow you to contemplate the perpetual ballet of multicoloured fish. Over Water bungalows have one of those walls on their terrace.

The 102 luxury Villas that comprise Bora Bora Nui Resort & Spa are located on 16 acres of lush, terraced hillside and on the water of a private, protected cove.

This property's beach villas offer some of the finest accommodations in French Polynesia.
They are situated just steps from the crystal clear water of the lagoon along the white sand shoreline. Other villas are situated on the hillside with an amazing view of the lagoon.
Nestled on the slopes of Toopua, they afford panoramic views. Located next to the Mandara Spa, in each Villa a free Spa treatment is included in the rate. The treatment is delivered in the Villa or at the Spa.

While typical bungalows in Bora Bora are approximately 400 square feet, all 120 villas in this resort range from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet. And our luxurious villas - whether beachfront, overwater or hillside - have gorgeous lagoon views.

Our villas are complete with Indonesian mahogany canopy beds, Italian marble bathrooms, glass floor viewing panels (in overwater bungalows), satellite television, direct-dial telephones, CD players, DVD Players and Internet access.
