If you are looking for a destination that is off the beaten track
and away from maddening crowds, a place where you can slip into
a different world, a different culture, where you are sure to
meet new and interesting people, a place to be surrounded by
a calmness that you might only dream about, then let us welcome
you to Te Tiare Beach Resort.
Experience luxury at its finest in our magical, lush, tropical
surroundings, tucked away in a small bay on the island of Huahine,
in Tahiti's Leeward islands, you will find Te Tiare Beach Resort.
The only access to our resort is by boat. After a short
35 minute flight from Tahiti with the local air carrier, Air
Tahiti, you will be driven to Huahine's nearby main village of
fare.
|
|
Along the way, you will begin to discover Huahine's
magnificent variety of exotic plants. Vanilla, coffee, watermelon
and taro plantations abound, while breadfruit, mango, banana,
and papaya groves may be found throughout the Island. You may
pass a local fisherman selling his daily catch along the road.
While enjoying the 15 minute boat ride from
the village to the resort, through a breathtaking turquoise blue
lagoon, you may catch glimpse of some of the island's rich marine
life.
Upon arrival at the resort, you will immediately
discover just how uniquely different Te Tiare Beach Resort really is.

Huahine is rich in living traditions. More has been done
on this island to restore the archaeological sites than anywhere
else in French Polynesia. The culturally and historically minded
will want to take an excursion to the northeast coast village
of Maeva, the ancient capital of Huahine. Maeva is a rich and
exciting archeological site where the remains of prehistoric
villages and ancient stone temples, "Marae", lend clues
to a civilization that existed at least 1000 years ago.
Te Tiare Beach Resort offers guests the finest in amenities and services.
Upon arrival, you will notice that our reception area, lounge,
Air'i Restaurant and Bar, black pearl boutique and gift shop
have been built over the water - something unique in Tahiti and
Her Islands.

Tahitian pottery and artifacts and two murals by renown Tahiti
artist, KINLEN. Adjacent to the beach and nestled under palm
trees, is our free form swimming pool as well as our beachfront
